LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF....
Hi, if you've headed over to my page to check out my recipes I am extremely thankful & feeling very chuffed to say the least.
I've created easy to follow recipes so you can land that awesome meal aswel.
If you're like me and love your Food then you will definitely make the time to cook up My recipes and with a short prep & cook time there are no excuses.
Now obviously I'm not the first person in the world to make these delicious meals but it is My version & I've made them all very easy to follow ❤😉
My name is Stacie & I'm a mother to 3 beautiful children, Chaise + Paton & Quinn and wife to Micky, I currently work part-time at Woolworths. We live on the beautiful shores of Lake Macquarie. Where the ocean meets the lake....
I have always been a lover of food & i love to cook, when I was 18 I was given the chance to start an apprenticeship as a Chef, when I was 18 all i wanted was money & my weekends so the thought of starting on a small salary & giving up my weekends didn't excite me, so in turn i said no thank you.
As it turns out in the years to come I would be a bar Attendant so my weekends weren't exactly free but my pay was good .
From here I moved to Hamilton Island for a really short time but made some life long friends, together 4 of us moved on to Cairns Qld where i worked as a bar Attendant at the well known Court House Hotel.
The following year I returned home for both of my sister's engagement parties & a wedding and then a baby (not mine).
In the months following i met my now husband Michael aka Micky.
We were married within 18 months & then 12 months later a baby and then 2 yrs later another baby and then 2 years later again, yep another baby.
And in- between all of that were numerous trips O/S to Fiji & Bali + Caravaning & Camping + A Home to call our own & all the renovations to follow. The most exciting renovation was our Kitchen, I needed a BIG Island bench for all that cooking!!
Sometimes I wish I'd have taken that apprenticeship and learnt all the ins & outs of being a chef.
It's never too late though right?
Maybe one day I will take that leap but for now I'll continue to cook from My kitchen and hope that my recipes land in yours 😁
